That’s not all, the ripples from the controversy pulled in various other famous internet celebrities to the matter. In one such event, Dr Disrespect was pulled in by none other than a famous left-wing commentator and popular personality HasanAbi. He firmly criticized the actions of the two-timer supporting NICKMERCS after his character bundle got removed from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
Activision acted in response to NICKMERCS’ controversial tweet in Pride Month. The rift quickly leads to both sides engaging in defending their stance. NICKMERCS’s comment received a lot of backlash, however, a big chunk of his fans supported the creator by backing his statement.
TimTheTatman expressed his discontent by asking Activision to remove his operator bundle as well. Which was well received and removed within 24 hours. Ever since, the NICKMERCS controversy started spreading across the internet, eliciting a wave of reaction from viewers online.

HasanAbi drags DrDisrespect after the later supported NICKMERCS

Given his previous inclusions in such topics, it was natural for him to go after NICKMERCS’s supporters. And the feud between Dr Disrespect and HasanAbi erupted in a jiffy. Doc was quick on his toes when he decided to delete Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
This came after he heard the news of NICKMERCS getting his character bundle removed from Call of Duty. And expressed his disappointment, calling the move by Activision “an embarrassing one.” This was taken up by HasanAbi when he tried to test Dr. Disrespect’s mettle by saying, “He’s more loyal to NICKMERCS’s having his skin than his wife.” And this resulted in Dr Disrespect’s fans getting enraged by the inflammatory remarks by HasanAbi, bringing Doc’s past into a feud.
DrDisrespect hits back at HasanAbi with a witty reply

This, however, didn’t go unanswered, as Dr Disrespect, known for his instant comeback, showed his wit by getting back at leftist political critics by saying, “Just worry about yourself and what’s close to you”.
Calling out his physique, Doc went on to call HasanAbi “fat phony”. And criticized HasanAbi by saying, “He wouldn’t say these types of things if we were standing next to each other. Because he knows there are repercussions.”
With the full-blown word war between the two, even their fans started voicing their opinions as well. One of the Doc fans said, “Doc spitting straight facts”. And another expressed his discontent by saying, “Hasan and his viewers so cringe.”
While trying to balance things out on HasanAbi’s side, one of his fans questioned Doc’s fat-shaming as the first line of defense to get back at HasanAbi. The viewer said, “Hasan is just as big if not bigger than Doc, so why does he think he can intimidate him into not speaking his mind? Also, why is that his first line of defense when someone questions his ideas and actions “It’s hella cringe.”.
Ever since Doc backfired at HasanAbi, there has been no reply from the political critic yet. It would be interesting to see where this goes with things said and others adding to the already burning issue.
