Another day, another massive platform switch in the streaming industry. In a rather interesting turn of events, one of the most well-known and controversial Twitch streamers and OnlyFans content producers Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa left Twitch to join the up-and-rising streaming platform Kick.
Due to her numerous agreements with well-known companies and streaming services, the Only Fans actress has amassed millions of fans and a sizable revenue stream. That’s not all, Amouranth makes unique purchases that are great for her commercial endeavors. And on June 18 the famous streamer made her decision to move to Kick for better exposure for her content with a 2-year contract worth $30 million.
Amouranth has been known to expand her income streams into various business and platform. In her lastest endeavor, Amouranth made an entry on the Kick streaming platform. After Kick unveiled their new signing with xQc, Amouranth has shocked the streaming industry and fans with her shift to Kick as well.

As a part-time creator on Twitch, Amouranth already has 6 million strong followers. Back in March, Trainwrecktv, who is the co-owner of the platform, hinted about possible six secret signings.
It’s been speculated that Amouranth and xQc were part of the deal. It seems all set up given that both streamers tweeted “IT’S TIME” on their official Twitter handles. And in a minute-long clip, Amouranth is seen scrolling through the PC screen of the new xQc signing and asking her manager, “So, 100 million dollar deals have started… Can I get one of those?” followed by her packing her bags and heading to Kick.

And for the newly discovered streaming platform, this new method appears to work like magic. Since it was first released in early 2023, Kick has expanded in certain ways. And with fresh and well-known personalities like Adin Ross and BruceDropEmOff joining the platform, Kick has only grown in popularity with the general public.
After signing GM Hikaru and controversial streamer and content creator Adin Ross, Kick revealed the plan to sign six new big internet personalities. And at a certain level, this seems to take shape in reality. This move is going to be a menace for Twitch since Kick is not even a year old.
This is another win for Kick. With its overwhelming reach and organized pool of streamers and viewers, Twitch has long dominated the world of streaming. Up until a few months ago, Twitch, an Amazon-owned powerhouse that has enjoyed this position of exclusivity for more than a decade, had not been challenged.
However, it would take just a few streamers to unseat the dominant Twitch, which has dominated the streaming market since its start ten years ago.
