Real Madrid and Spanish great Iker Casillas pulled off a magnificent save from former Manchester City striker Sergio Agueroโs penalty. This was during their recent game in the Kingโs League. They were playing against each other.
The former goalkeeper was representing 1k FC. He is the president of the team. While the Manchester City legend was representing Kunisports where, as the name suggests, he is the president.
The 40-minute normal timespan of the match ended 4-4 for both teams. Casillasโs team came back from a 4-1 deficit to equalize the score. Sergio Aguero scored a hat-trick for his team while Casillas also came out to score one.
With the scores tied 4-4, the match was decided on a penalty shootout. The penalty-taking style is different from traditional football in the league. It is similar to the old MLS style where the players begin at the halfway line and charge to take a shot.
Sergio Aguero took the penalty after an amazing performance in normal time. But his shot was saved by the Real Madrid legend. He pulled off a save reminiscent of his old days. However, this didnโt stop Kunisports from beating them 5-4 in the penalty shootout, thus winning the game. The Argentine also took the Man of the Match award home.

James Rodriguez to take part in the Kingโs League
Former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, the chairman of Kunisports, has confirmed that James Rodriguez has agreed to feature for his team in the Kingโs League. โI spoke to James and heโs going to play for Kunisports. Iโm announcing it now,โ said Aguero.
He did not mention the number of games the midfielder will play. The former Real Madrid midfielder has been linked to many clubs in Turkey, Brazil and Argentina. But a move has not been agreed yet. James has seen his professional fall off a cliff in the past three years as he went from starting for Bayern Munich to the bench of relegation-threatened Everton and then to Al Rayyan and Greece.
The Golden Boot winner of the 2014 FIFA World Cup is yet to determine which club he will play for next. Until then, he will play in the Kingโs League.
