Paulo Costa is ready to take on Sean Strickland at the upcoming UFC 302 co-main event this weekend. Ahead of his fight, Costa recently attended a press conference where he had an absolute blast. Costa got to share his views on the latest AI list of the most handsome fighters in the UFC. While the Brazilian was very pretty happy with his rankings, he couldn’t believe his former rival, Khamzat Chimaev‘s position in the list.Â
During an interaction with a reporter, Paulo Costa learned about the new AI list and that he was at the #2 spot. While Costa was happy that he beat his upcoming opponent Strickland, he proposed that should be ranked first. However, the fighter couldn’t control his laughter when he found out that Khamzat Chimaev was ranked #13 on the list. ‘Borrachinha’ hilariously mentioned that the ‘Borz’ shouldn’t be on that list at all.Â
It was an expected reaction from Costa given the bad blood between him and Chimaev. The rivalry goes way back but it was their brawl in 2022 that garnered major attention from fight fans. Since then both the fighters have engaged in various verbal spats. They came close to fighting each other at UFC 294, however, due to an injury the Brazilian had to pull out.Â

Now it seems the rivalry is far from over and it won’t be surprising to see the pair fighting each other in the future. However, for the time being, Costa has surpassed all of his rivals on the list of the best-looking fighters. Perhaps this is what the ‘secret juice’ does to athletes. However, there was one fighter who even Costa could not beat.Â
