Several MMA fighters have had unique walkouts. Though the UFC, the premier MMA promotion, has a stringent policy in walkouts, it’s not the case for other promotions. When MMA fighters do make unique walkouts, it becomes big news. A Cryo Chamber walkout from the recent KSW 94 has now gone viral.

Polish fighter Artur Szpilka, who fought in the co-main event of KSW 94 against Arkadiusz Wrzosek, walked out of a Cryo Chamber. Many MMA fighters are big fans of the popular anime series Dragon Ball Z and the Cryo Chamber, which has a great association with the lead character in the anime, Goku.

Nevertheless, Szpilka didn’t have the performance worthy of the legendary Goku. Wrzoske won via KO 14 seconds into the fight, handing Szpilka the first loss of his MMA career. Szpilka is a former boxer who once challenged Deontay Wilder for the WBC heavyweight title.

In the UFC, Israel Adesanya has had several unique knockouts. When he fought Robert Whittaker to become the undisputed middleweight title, he had danced at the walkout. Moreover, when he fought Jared Cannonier, he walked out with an urn and the theme song of WWE superstar The Undertaker.

Artur Szpilka might not be a household name among MMA fans. However, for boxing fans, Szpilka was Deontay Wilder’s third defense of the WBC title. After he lost to Łukasz Różański for the vacant WBC International bridgerweight title, Szpilka transitioned to MMA, signing with KSW.

Szpilka finished the first three fights of his career within two rounds. However, Arkadiusz Wrzosek knocked Szpilka out in 14 seconds in the former boxer’s 4th MMA fight at KSW 94. To add insult to injury, Szpilka had walked out in a Cryo Chamber, reminiscent of Goku from Dragon Ball Z. See how fans reacted to the walkout and knockout below.

Though Szpilka lost via TKO/KO, the grounds were there for an early finish. Wrzosek rocked Szpilka, but he was face down, and the referee couldn’t have seen properly. The stoppage was reminiscent of when referee Dan Miragliotta stopped the fight between Sergei Pavlovich and Derrick Lewis.
