Stefon Diggs has started a new chapter in his career. Following three unsuccessful seasons with the Buffalo Bills, he was traded to the Houston Texans earlier this off-season. While this exciting new phase in a young offense led by an immensely talented quarterback in C.J. Stroud is about to get off to a promising start this season, the off-season has had its fair share of bloopers for the wideout.

Recently, Stefon Diggs posted a workout video of his via The Run USA on X. The wide receiver was seen focusing on the conditioning aspect of his workout.

Diggs was working his core on the pilates machine, a piece of equipment that tests the core strength of the individual. As Diggs attempted to lock-in and really dial himself into the workout, he ended up suffering an embarrassing fall off the machine!

When the wideout attempted to drive his body forward on the machine, he suffered a momentary loss of balance. Well, that on the pilates machine means only one thing—you will inevitably fall off and that is exactly what happened!

Stefon Diggs could not help but laugh at himself after his fall

The star receiver tumbled off of the machine and fell flat on his back. He almost hit the pilates machine next to him! Luckily, it was a funny blooper and not a disastrous injury. The heartbeat of his trainers must have stopped for a moment right there as they saw him fall, because it could have been bad.

Once they were convinced that Diggs was alright and began to laugh at himself, the entire room burst out in laughter. It was a light moment at the end of a rigorous conditioning session for the wideout. The expectations are high from the four-time Pro Bowl receiver, who has suffered backlash over his performance in the playoffs in recent memory.

This year, he seems rejuvenated ever since his trade as he knows he is part of an organization which is brimming with talent and potential. He is now part of a dangerous backfield with Tank Dell, Nico Collins, Robert Woods, and John Metchie III alongside him on the depth chart.
