Graduation parties usually come with cake and congratulations on the menu. Nevertheless, at one recent celebration, the guests tasted something decidedly more painful. UFC lightweight fighter Matt “The Steamrolla” Frevola attended his cousin’s grad party with an unexpected twist. The students had an unusual request: they wanted to feel Frevola’s leg kicks.

As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. These grad students learned that lesson the hard way. Frevola, ever the gracious guest, obliged their request. Matt Frevola shared a video of the impromptu kicking session on social media. The footage showed Frevola unleashing his kicks on willing, if unprepared participants. Their reactions range from grimaces to outright yelps of pain.

He delivered his signature leg kicks, although with much less power. One can’t help but wonder what these students were thinking. The results spoke for themselves as they winced in pain as they fled away from him. These students won’t forget this graduation party anytime soon.

Matt Frevola has six wins in the UFC, with three coming from KO/TKO. His recent fight was against the French fighter Benoit Saint-Denis. This bout, however, did not go his way, and he was knocked out via a head kick. His next fight is yet unknown, but where Frevola is involved, action comes with it.

Some fight fans quipped on the uniqueness of the situation, believing that the students would never forget this experience. Others commended the bravery of the students for taking a strike from a UFC fighter. Others pointed out that this was the natural instinct for boys to engage in rough play.

This unusual grad party activity has brought joy to fight fans worldwide. From the comfort of the screens, fight fans can laugh at the grads’ pain. But to be honest, many fight fans would jump at the chance to feel the power behind a UFC fighter’s kick.
