Sporting personalities and extravagant timepieces are a quirky but common combo. Two-division UFC champion Alex Pereira gets in the line with his watch fascinations. The Brazilian, infamous for his โChamaโ warcry (โFireโ; get ready), closed a deal with it in a skit. His resolve had even the Richard Mille seller second-guessing.
Pereira and coachย Plinio Cruzย dapped it up at the F1 Grand Prix of Mexico. With a new need for speed and a love for motorsport, itโs not unusual that โPoatanโ once went shopping for watches. The seller (at @mosesjewelry) told him they have their own cry of โMAZALโ meaning done deal. But the relentless Alex Pereira hit him with a โChamaโ so much that the seller later caved.
Richard Mille watches are notorious for being little packages of racing machines on the wrist. The โRM 88โฒ Automatic Winding Tourbillon Smiley is one such collection. Richard Milleโs RM 74-01โ Automatic Winding Tourbillon is yet another. From McLaren to RM-01 Up Ferrari, the company does it all when it comes to sports cars. Pereira also received a new Rolex GMT Pepsi as a gift after UFC 300.

Conor McGregor has a massive collection. Islam Makhachev and Ian Garry alike have their Timex Octagon 50mm UFC Rumble. Now Pereira has his. Concurrently, โPoatanโ from the favela and tire shops of Sรฃo Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, is the perfect example of tires to tiring riches. Despite his stoic crust and fondness for bits and bobs, the fighter keeps a lighter side.
โChamaโ Fever Dreams: Alex Pereira drops YouTuber with a thunderous body shot, dressed as bunny
UFC 205-pound champ Alex โPoatanโ Pereira is notorious for dropping his opponents, usually in the octagon. Itโs certainly not while wearing a bunny costume. But on this occasion, he made an exception. Pereira is fresh off a recent title defense against Khalil Rountree โ a violent Round 4 TKO at UFC 307. However, thereโs no rest for the crooked left shovel hook.
Throughout his career, the legend has used his dynamite hands to horribly knock out his foes. In the name of creating content, though, โPoatanโ dressed up as a furry animal and delivered a brutal blow to the body of a YouTuber. One whoโd bitten off a little more than he could chew.
YouTuber Podpah voluntarilyย stepped up to the challenge, like madness! Somehow, the social media star persuaded Pereira to don a bunny suit to film one of the wackiest takes MMA has ever seen. It was for the YouTube segment DEFANTE MEETS ALEX POATANโS STONE HAND โ Rango Brabo #97.
The second blow knocked him to the ground. But in a testament to his โChamaโ spirit, Podpah rose for another blow. Unfortunately, the third and final blow caused Podpah to howl as he fell to the ground. Pereira, still happily wearing his bunny ears, did some iconic shadow boxing for the camera.
