Nikola Jokic‘s teammate, DeAndre Jordan, disclosed last week during his appearance on FanDuel’s Run It Back that if it’s not Siberian folk songs, then the Joker prefers Many Men by 50 Cent. According to Jordan, whenever Jokic requests a song from their locker room DJ, small forward Payton Watson, it’s almost always Many Men. He also added that Jokic can spit the lyrics of the song “from start to finish.”
This glimpse into Jokic’s personality has enchanted fans, who just can’t get enough of the Siberian Big Man. After this priceless news broke the internet, Shaquille O’Neal even ribbed the Joker in a post-game interview over his fondness for 50 Cent’s classic banger from his debut album. To top it off, a new clip recently leaked, showing veteran Russell Westbrook, along with DeAndre Jordan and Jokic, sharing a laugh as the DJ plays Many Men.
This video, captured by a diehard Nuggets fan, has since gone viral. The growing chemistry inside the Nuggets locker room is a sign of a healthy roster and a building synergy between the group. However, in contrast, due to Jokic’s shy and modest nature, he humorously called Jordan a bad teammate for dishing out his dirty laundry to the public.

While talking with Shaq on NBA on TNT after a blowout victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, Jokic joked that Jordan is a “bad teammate” for revealing his music taste to the world.
This prompted good-hearted teasing and jesting from the NBA legend, who asked the Nuggets’ champ to sing it in Siberian. As Shaq presented him with the “best big man in NBA” belt, Jokic broke into genuine laughter. In response, the 6’11” center hinted at a possible “Many Men” performance during the upcoming All-Star weekend.
Nikola Jokic Teases Shaquille O’Neal with a Potential “Many Men” Rendition
During his time on the Postgame Show, Shaquille O’Neal showered the Siberian with praises and compliments as he awarded him “The Big Daddy of Big Men” belt, custom-made for him by none other than “The President of Big Man Alliance”. Following this, Shaq sang made-up words to Many Men and questioned if he really knew the lyrics to the 50 Cent song.

True to his fun-loving and jovial spirit, Nikola didn’t dismiss the idea of performing the song but instead suggested that he needs time to memorize and recite the lyrics. Nonetheless, he didn’t mince words or try to weasel his way out of it.
Due to Nikola Jokic‘s growing rapport with Westbrook, there’s a sense of hope this year in the Mile High City. Ridding a three-game winning streak, Denver Nuggets currently sits at fourth place in the highly competitive Eastern Conference. With a 27-16 record in, Nuggets will host the Sacramento Kings next on Thursday.
