While no proof of the incident is yet procured, this is not the first time McGregor has been charged with assault.
Earlier this year McGregor was charged with attacking a woman in Ibiza, Spain. According to reports, Conor McGregor held a lavish party for his 34th birthday on a three-decked yacht last July. McGregor’s wife and other friends were also present for his party on his private yacht. He invited a woman aged 42 years who has not been named. She lived in the same neighbourhood as McGregor in Dublin and was recognized by The UFC star. However, the woman stated that McGregor invited her to a private space and turned aggressive all of a sudden. ” It was as if he was possessed. I knew that I had to get off the boat because I thought he was going to kill me,” said the woman to the investigators.
The woman jumped into the sea and was rescued by the Red Cross. Due to language barriers, she did not file a report in Ibiza. However, she informed investigators in Dublin of the alleged incident. Since the news, McGregor is in complete denial of all the accusations made by the woman.
