Trish Stratus has been a mainstay on WWE programming for months now. She’s almost working every week, as if she has something to get off her chest. However, that’s not it. She came back for what’s potentially going to be her last run in WWE, just to accomplish a dream program with Becky Lynch.
She is already 1 up on The Man in their ongoing saga. To support her legacy, Stratus has taken an upstart named Zoey Stark under her tutelage. With such a dominant insurance policy by her side, Trish can breathe easy for now. However, Becky is adamant on getting her redemption on the WWE Hall of Famer. She has qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, alongside Zoey Stark.
These women had a verbal back-and-forth last night on Raw. However, contrary to Stratus’ regular appearances on Monday Nights as of late, she missed this week’s taping. But, she had a good reason for that. Following the show, the 7-time Women’s Champion revealed why she couldn’t make it to Wichita.
According to her, she was busy shooting for her 110th magazine cover. That was something that kept Stratus off WWE television this week. But, that doesn’t mean she’s going to shoot for weeks. A recent report from PWInsider claimed that the Canadian legend will appear on Raw as often as she can.

That marked Trish’s second WWE match this year, previous one being at WrestleMania 39. That being said, she isn’t hanging up her boots just yet. The Toronto great will at least wrestle one more time in 2023.
And without thinking much, her opponent will be none other than Becky Lynch. The latter is yet to rip off Canada’s Greatest Export. After suffering a bloodied outing in Jeddah last month, the former Irish Lass Kicker is irate. When the time comes around, she’ll smack Trish Stratus in her face.
Although Stratus is not booked for Money in the Bank next month, she’ll likely be there. Of course, her protege Zoey Stark is going to compete for glory at the O2 arena. To take care of business and potentially spoil Lynch’s night, Trish for multiple reasons to show up at the event.
