Rising UFC fighter Caio Borralho will fight his first main event bout this weekend at UFC Vegas 96. The rising middleweight will take on Jared Cannonier in a five-round clash at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. However, going into the fight, Borralho had some interesting comments about the divisional champion, Dricus Du Plessis.
Du Plessis recently defended his middleweight belt against Israel Adesanya at UFC 305 in Perth. In the fourth round, DDP’s relentless pressure prevailed as he submitted Izzy via a rear naked choke. Throughout the fight, the champ showcased his usual unorthodox and bizarre fighting style and got the job done. When asked about it, Caio Borralho couldn’t understand how DDP keeps winning.

Du Plessis also mocked UFC fighter Darren Till, who evidently gave tips to Adesanya ahead of the fight. Similarly, the champion didn’t forget to clap back at top flyweight Steve Erceg as well. In an interview, Erceg discredited DDP’s abilities. So, other than being an expert in making his opponents cry, the champion is quite good at mocking his haters.
