The new-generation banking company is based out of San Fransisco. This is a big move from the traditional banks the NBA has partnered with since its inception. SoFi added another major statement to close the night. They announced their partnership with Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum and his Foundation, committing $1 million annually to help single-parent families. This announcement brought out some reactions from basketball fans.
