Having a close relationship with Bucks player Giannis Antetokounmpo, Ohanian attended the championship game at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. With 26 points, Antetokounmpo was named MVP of the Bucks’ 97-81 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.Â
The Milwaukee Bucks, had previously fallen in the first edition’s playoffs, celebrated their victory with the NBA Cup. The Bucks’ triumph was largely due to Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s outstanding play, and Ohanian was quick to congratulate the squad on their accomplishment.

The Bucks defeated the Detroit Pistons, Miami Heat, and Toronto Raptors to win their group and earn a perfect record during the tournament’s group rounds. After that, they defeated the Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic in the quarterfinals and semifinals, respectively, before defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder to win the championship..

In Las Vegas, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 97-81 to win the NBA Cup. Leading the way with a triple-double—26 points, 19 rebounds, and 10 assists—was Giannis Antetokounmpo. He went on to win the Most Valuable Player award at the event.
After beginning the season with a 2-8 record, the Bucks’ victory represented a major change in their play. Since then, though, they have won 13 of their last 16 games, including the championship win on Tuesday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 21 points, while Damian Lillard contributed 23 points for the Bucks.Â
