The Korean Zombie is a household name in the realm of combat sports. The Korean MMA genius is one of the most loved and respected fighters to ever step inside a UFC octagon. Now after his retirement, Jung Chan-sung has started his own MMA promotion and Dana White is here to help his old fighter.
Jung Chan-sung recently inaugurated ZFN which is a Korean-based MMA to give a platform for young Korean fighters. In a collaborative process, Dana White gave a shout-out to Chan-sung’s promotion and talked about it on his Instagram account.
What’s up everybody I just want to let you know, fan favourite, and one of my all-time favourites, ‘The Korean Zombie’ just launched his own fight promotion that you can watch live on Fight Pass.

Several fighters have continued to compete in the fight business after leaving the UFC. Some have gone on to become coaches, while others have kept battling in different sports. A handful, though, have taken things a step further and begun their own fight promotions.
In the past, numerous fighters, like Urijah Faber, Jorge Masvidal, and Khabib Nurmagomedov, have launched their own combat promotions. Similarly, It appears that ‘TKZ’ has big ambitions for his future. Given that the fight industry is among the hardest to break into, fans appreciated that White was willing to offer assistance.
In the past, Dana White has always given positive reactions to his fighters starting their own promotion. When Khabib Nurmagomedov came up with Eagle FC, the UFC CEO seemed unphased and suggested that the Dagestani would learn the fight business the hard way.

Like in the case of Faber, White also announced UFC Fight Pass as the streaming platform for Korean Zombie’s promotion. Many fans pointed out that White did that only because it was a business partnership. Nevertheless, many users also believe that this would definitely help a small promotion to grow.
