Noche UFC Sphere Announcement! 📣 #nocheufc

On September 14th, UFC CEO Dana White‘s dream project will finally come to fruition. The Noche UFC event will serve as a tribute to the people of Mexico in celebration of Mexican Independence Day. Interestingly, White has kept the details of this project under wraps, even from UFC employees.

Per reports, tickets for the Noche UFC event will be available for purchase this week, ranging from $1600 to $30000. Interestingly, the UFC boss Dana White stated that he had invested more than $17 million in organizing the event. This huge money event holds great significance for the promotion. Due to this, the UFC CEO has kept it under wraps without revealing much about it to anyone.

We are hiding our plans about The Sphere from our employees too… Craig Borsari, my head of production, who is literally buried in this project, didn’t travel to any shows, is not leaving Vegas, and is not doing anything else. He is literally working on The Sphere 24/7. That’s how huge this project is.

The UFC has entered into a groundbreaking agreement with Riyadh Season, where they have sold the naming rights for the upcoming event. The event will now be called Riyadh Season: UFC Noche. The decision was driven by significant costs, with UFC CEO Dana White acknowledging that the expenses have exceeded eight figures. As a result, there is considerable anticipation surrounding the success of this event.

A few weeks ago, White announced the fight card for his dream project. The event will feature two title fights as the main and co-main event. Many Mexican fighters will have the opportunity to showcase their skills on the auspicious day of their Independence. Notably, Brian Ortega, who is also on the fight card, has shared his impressions of how the venue will look on the day of the event.

The UFC has selected ’The Sphere’ as the venue for their event. In doing so, they have invested a significant amount of money to ensure an extraordinary celebration. The venue has previously hosted immersive concerts. However, it has not yet been the venue for a sporting event aside from the NHL Draft, which the UFC boss seemingly didn’t like.

Interestingly, UFC featherweight Brian Ortega had the opportunity to see the planning stages of the Noche UFC event. In a recent interview with Morning Kombat, the former featherweight title challenger shared his experience. Ortega emphasized that the visuals of the event were so impressive that they might distract the fighters during the fights.

I went to Vegas, and we did some filming for it. They put some VR goggles on us, and we were able to see what the arena would look like on the inside… I have to stay focused, because if you start paying attention at what’s going to go on when the fight happens, I’ll for sure be distracted…

Ortega is scheduled to fight Diego Lopes at UFC 306 after their previous bout at UFC 303 was canceled at the last minute due to Ortega’s health issues. Lopes faced Dan Ige in a last-minute rescheduling and won by decision, leading to this rematch.

‘T-City’ has postponed his lightweight ambitions for this featherweight showdown. As a fighter with Mexican roots, he is thrilled to be featured on one of the biggest fight nights of the year in his homeland.
