Former UFC 205-pound champion Jamahal Hill is eager to earn another crack at the gold. He fights again in a top contender matchup at UFC 311 PPV at Inuit Dome in Inglewood. However, ever since his UFC 300 loss, Hill has been a thorn to deal with. UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping sees some areas of comparison and some to make progress in this discourse.
Jamahal Hill (12-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) has his first pay-per-view assignment of the year, facing former titleholder Jiri Proxhazka. “Sweet Dreams” has been squabbling with everybody after April till now. He scuffled with Procahzka; he scuffled with Alex Pereira at the UFC PI, but refused to throw hands. Now, Michael Bisping weighs in on this sudden switch to his villain arc.

After his second-round KO over Ottman Azaitar at UFC on ESPN 63, Michael Johnson ripped the point of Hill’s PI visit even though he didn’t mean to throw down. At this, the former champ slammed Johnson for calling the stint clownish and boasted about making more money.
This is highly unlikely as ‘The Menace’ has had 30 UFC outings since 2010. “Count” Bisping sees an empathetic strain of similarity with the ‘younger Michael Bisping.’ The now play-by-play active commentator and actor didn’t always make it easy. Bisping was quite the hothead journey from his TUF days to his legacy poster on the PI walls as the Godfather of British MMA.
The first British UFC champion beefed hard with Dan Henderson, Luke Rockhold, and others. However, he said Hill can just block it out and be better at this instead of squabbling with all on socials. It may just make him likeable for fans, who don’t appreciate his persona.

It wasn’t the best of circumstances for ‘Sweet Dreams’ as he was returning from a ruptured Achilles tendon. The cause of his title relinquishment in July 2023. Now, he’s ready for it.

Immediately following UFC 300, Hill offered an interesting take on the loss and took umbrage at Pereira for celebrating. He also recently confronted Pereira at the UFC PI in Las Vegas, but refused to throw down. Looking back on the sanctioned fight with Pereira, Hill said he learned to be more aggressive. Additionally, it’s a mentality that he said puts him in a good ‘spot and shape’ against Prochazka as well.
