A lot of basketball enthusiasts like to argue between LeBron James and Michael Jordan to see who is superior. However, the Los Angeles Lakers player sees Jordan in his dreams as a partner rather than a rival. James declared his wish to play with Jordan in 2020. He was confident that the Chicago Bulls would have produced basketball of a higher caliber if he had been their point guard.

The Last Dance, a documentary on Michael Jordan, was released in 2020. Concerning the documentary, James was questioned as well. He discussed his thoughts on Jordan in a video that he uploaded to his Uninterrupted YouTube channel. He expressed his belief that he would have made an ideal teammate for Jordan during an interview with hosts Paul Rivera and Maverick Carter.

LeBron James via Uninterrupted, said,

Me personally, the way I play the game – team first – I feel like my best assets work perfectly with Mike. It would’ve been a whole other level with me being a point forward, with me being that point forward alongside him during those Chicago runs.

He mentioned playing his trademark point-forward position next to Jordan. James has even pictured himself in Scottie Pippen’s position during the Bulls’ championship run. He genuinely believes that their distinct playing styles would have blended nicely together on the court.

Victor Wembanyama’s performance against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night left LeBron James speechless. Wembanyama recorded a remarkable 5×5 game during the Lakers’ loss at Crypto.com Arena, but “The King” urges everyone to stop getting too excited about Wemby.

LeBron James expressed his admiration for the Spurs star in his post-game interview, and said,

Let’s not get twisted. He’s not the first guy who’d an impact as a rookie.

Although Wemby is not the first player in NBA history to be this good as a rookie, James did compliment him. Even before the game, he got the chance to talk with Wembanyama and he was happy and called him special.

The Lakers lost to the Suns today, but James played steadily and finished with a decent 28 points. Their upcoming matchup with the Clippers promises to be a challenging one for both James and Darvin Ham.
