James claimed that players miss games on purpose before playing the Lakers. He gave an example of the Dallas Mavericks star man, Kyrie Irving, who was scheduled to miss the Mavs’ matchup on Monday.
In particular, the Lakers fanbase has found this a common trend between NBA players missing games against other teams and being present to face the Lakers. Also, James has been one of the most influential players in the NBA on and off the court. His remarks toward Irving have surely alerted the LA fans for the upcoming matchup on Tuesday.

According to sources, Irving has been out of the Mavs’ roster due to an illness bug. This issue has also been faced by several Mavs’ staff members lately. Given that, Irving is the only star player on the Mavs’ injury report to feature against the Lakers. In addition, Luka Doncic won’t be playing for the Mavs due to a calf injury, keeping him out for 3 weeks.
Aside from this, the Lakers are 20-15 in the NBA and sit in 5th place in the Western Conference. On the other hand, the Dallas Mavericks are also 20-15 in the league and sit in 7th place in the WC. This upcoming fixture will surely be an exciting watch for NBA fans. This is because both sides will be looking for a win to secure a better position on the table.
