Karl-Anthony Towns‘ girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, is a common face at the New York Knicks’ showdowns. She often makes headlines for her game-day fits. This time was no different, except Woods was accompanied by Olympic champion Simone Biles. The two also dressed up in matching attire to commence the occasion.
Jordyn Woods and Simone Biles bonded at the Knicks vs. Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday at the Madison Square Garden. The latter joined in for a picture at the venue posted by Woods on her Instagram handle. The girlfriend of the new Knicks star donned a furry trench coat over a gown dress. Meanwhile, Simone Biles headlined in a black jacket over a full-sleeved black sweatshirt and black shark boots.
Woods accompanied the American gymnast’s name tag with an adorable white heart in her story. As lovely as the meeting would’ve been, the game was a stark contrast for Woods. The Knicks were handed a 126-101 defeat against the Thunders.
Karl-Anthony Towns, per usual, brought his game to the court, scoring 23 points with 10 rebounds and one assist. However, apart from the loss, the Knicks have had a good season, with a 25-14 record. Little of it is duly credited to the shocking trade that moved Woods and Towns from Minnesota to New York.

For Woods, and the whole world including, the loss came amid the devastation prevailing in Los Angeles. The social media influencer has been an active participant in following the prayers for the havoc wreaked in the city. Reassuring her fans, she wrote that her family was safe while her brother worked as frontline responders.
Karl-Anthony Towns and family ‘dreamed’ of representing New York Knicks
The trade that stunned the whole NBA world brought immense joy to the Towns family. In a pre-game interview with ESPN personality Michael Wilbon, Karl-Anthony Towns and his father opened up about the huge move. The former shared that it was his mother’s dream for him to represent the Knicks organization.
Furthermore, Wilbon shared that the opportunity brought KAT and his father near to tears. The new Knicks man was grateful for the recognition, highlighting the pressure he was about to take on. With that in mind, KAT has doubled down to the high expectations and delivered throughout the season.
Michael Wilbon: “Karl-Anthony Towns is so grateful to play where his late mother spoke out loud about where she wanted to see him play
“I spoke to KAT & his dad…they were both in or near tears…

Suffice it to say, the 2024-25 season is Karl-Anthony Towns’ career best in his 10 long years in the league. The athlete has embraced New York rather fondly after moving from Minneapolis. Naturally, he had his family and Jordyn Woods‘ support in the change. It remains to be seen if he can help the team win an NBA championship.
