In a recent development, new court documents filed in California on 8th October, as reported by TMZ, shed more light on Pisciotta’s harrowing experience. According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta, who had been by Ye’s side for about a year, recounts being invited, along with an unnamed manager, to a studio session hosted by Diddy.
During the gathering, Pisciotta alleges that drinks were freely flowing, with a directive from Ye himself to indulge in the libations to keep the creative juices flowing. Following Ye’s instructions, she imbibed a few drinks and soon found herself feeling lightheaded, eventually realizing that she had been drugged.
The morning after, Pisciotta woke up consumed by guilt and shame, with fragmented memories of the previous night. Shockingly, the lawsuit claims that Ye later nonchalantly mentioned their supposed ‘hook up’ and recounted the events of that fateful night.
Beyond her role as an OnlyFans model, Pisciotta initially joined Kanye West’s team as an executive assistant, eventually rising to the position of chief of administration within his enterprises. While the lawsuit names Diddy as a co-host of the studio event, it does not implicate him in the alleged assault.
Meanwhile, Diddy finds himself entangled in a separate legal battle. Since mid-September, he has been detained in a Brooklyn correctional facility on charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering, unrelated to Pisciotta’s accusations.
