Joe Rogan recently had Adam Sandler on, where they discussed the Will Smith–Chris Rock moment. With popular Reddit page r/JoeRogan hinting Russell Crowe would be on, it was a welcome notion. But the 56-year-old podcaster had to make it weird fanboying over meeting Crowe.

The podcast host and comedian often comes under fire for preferential bias or a bit of conservative viewpoints. But mentioning Dennis Quaid was an awkward low blow. For the uninitiated, the scandal of the early 2000s was that actor (and now country singer) Quaid was married to superstar Meg Ryan. The couple married in 1991 and had their first and only child, Jack Quaid, in 1992. Enter Crowe into the foray, who acted in the 2000’s ‘Proof of Life’ alongside her.
The New Zealander and Ryan had struck up a musing. The actress later mentioned while he was there for it, Crowe was not the reason for her divorce. Nevertheless, the Hollywood affair was one for ages. Whether or not Rogan didn’t do his research or tried instigating a topic is up for debate. However, the matter as such has gone quite viral.

Kennedy Jr, thus angering some Republican Party representatives, including GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump. That’s not even counting the numerous more recent squabbles he had after his clinical misinformation fiasco.

Contrarily, the consensus thought is that Rogan knew and pushed for the topic. Well, maybe Rogan was bringing up Quaid on purpose because of his history with Crowe. However, the switch in topic and the air of awkwardness was brutal.
