Jimmy and Jey Uso react for the first time after beating Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at Money in the Bank 2023

Money in the Bank 2023 has registered in the history books as a momentous event in WWE. The main event in London saw the unthinkable when it came to the result of The Bloodline Civil War. Jey Uso shocked the world and pinned Roman Reigns after 1294 days. After the match, they were seen in a backstage interview reacting to their remarkable win while stating themselves as โ€œThe Ones.โ€

WWE uploaded a clip of the backstage interview with The Usos on Instagram. In the video, Jey Uso expressed his elation by saying, โ€œYes, sir!โ€ thrice and Jimmy was seen clapping on their win. The former Right Hand Man then said, โ€œLook at now, matter of fact!โ€ He then handed over his right hand to Jimmy, asking him,โ€œWho the real ones now?โ€. The Usos did their signature hand move, shook their hands and walked away.

After a long, vicious matchup between the Usos and Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa, the former Tag Team Champions secured their victory. The cleverness of The Usos was seen during the ending moments. After Solo was laid down on the announce table, Jey and Jimmy took advantage of it. The cousins attacked Roman inside the ring, and Jey finally pinned him after three years of his dominance.

This was the first pinfall loss that Roman suffered since his Tribal Chief gimmick. Reigns was pinned after 1294 days since December 2019. The upcoming episode of SmackDown will air live from Madison Square Garden. Therefore, it will be interesting to see how things shape up in The Bloodline saga. Being a special episode of SmackDown, Reigns is advertised for this show and could be seen addressing his loss at Money in the Bank.

Seth Rollins defended his title successfully against Finn Balor at Money in the Bank 2023. After the event ended, the stars were involved in a press conference. Rollins, being a part of the media scrum, was asked about his feelings on bringing a prestige to his World Heavyweight Championship.

The Visionary stated that the prestige is still building. โ€œEvery time we are out there defending the title, we know what the final goal is,โ€ he said. Seth then commented that Roman Reignsโ€˜ Championship reign was a special level of benchmark. He said that it is a title reign that can never be compared to any other.

Reigns has been holding the Universal Championship for more than a year now. He has vanquished every opponent that has come his way. The Tribal Chief is the longest reigning champion in the modern era.
