According to reports, the incident occurred at Draya Micheleโs Chatsworth, California, home on November 20, about a week before Thanksgiving. Upon returning from her trip, Michele turned to the court to address the situation. She claimed to have discovered at that time that Tyrod Taylor had filed an eviction lawsuit against her. Furthermore, Michele alleged that neither Taylor nor his legal team provided her with any prior legal notice.
