“When will LeBron James win another Championship?” is a question that has been discussed for a while. The last elusive win came in 2020 but since then, the mega powerhouse hasn’t reached the finals of the league. And with the player on the road to becoming a free agent in July, it has opened a plethora of questions on when will the “King” lift his next league title. To this, Kendrick Perkins may have the answers.

He said the following while speaking to ESPN, on LeBron James’ chances of winning another title:

Staying in L.A. is [LeBron’s] best chance at winning a title. We have three of four more years of this Anthony Davis that we’re been seeing this year. The Lakers are eye candy, LeBron James is eye candy, Anthony Davis is eye candy. Imagine if he gets another superstar-caliber player in this locker room.

Even at the age of 39 and being one of the oldest active players in the league, LeBron’s presence has been felt massively from his leadership to his magic on the court. But unlike any player whose contract is running down, rumors are no big deal. But in LeBron’s case, his situation has been a little confusing. From retirement noise to news of joining their rivals, the stories have continued.

But for Kendrick Perkins, his best advice and option would be staying in the Lakers with the likes of Anthony Davis and their youngsters, who would benefit massively from his presence. But stranger things have happened before, and in this case scenario, it won’t be a big surprise given NBA has provided some shocking events in the past.

“Where’s the win” Rich Paul on LeBron James’ trade rumor to the Warriors

Amongst the heap of trade rumors and dramas surrounding LeBron James, if there is one person who knows what he is talking about, is Rich Paul. And he might have debunked yet another one of those rumors with regard to LeBron James and his chances of joining the Golden State Warriors.

In a recent episode of The Stephen A. Smith Show, Rich Paul, LeBron’s long-time friend and agent gave his thoughts on rumors circulating around the power forward. With the Golden State Warriors in the mix, rumored to have made an unsuccessful bid for LeBron at the deadline, Paul claimed that such a move is not forthcoming.

He said:

At this point of your career, where’s the win? Because if you go somewhere, and you fall short, then I can count 50 losses. So what’s the value in that?” said Rich Paul on the LeBron and Warriors trade possibility, which he would go on to elaborate giving examples of how people he knew made took bad roads and turned out to be “costly decisions.

It’s still a possibility given the player on the verge of becoming a free-agent soon. But the likelihood of leaving the Los Angeles Lakers is less, never mind seeing him pair up with Stephen Curry.
