Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will lock horns on November 15th at AT&T Stadium in a highly anticipated showdown. At 58 years old, Tyson is taking the bout very seriously, creating a palpable tension for Jake Paul as the fight approaches. The event will be streamed live on Netflix, making it one of the most talked-about matchups of the year.
Ahead of the fight, Mike Tyson has worked on his physique and has gotten jacked. A recent video showed Tyson’s camp with only a few days to the fight. During a sparring match, the former heavyweight champion knocked out his opponent. This prompted Jake Paul to tweet about reconsidering his life choices and promote the video.
The fight was initially supposed to take place in July but had to be rescheduled after Tyson got ill. Tyson’s health hazard attracted an array of criticism from many experts and fans towards Paul. UFC CEO Dana White also slammed the YouTuber turned boxer for fighting someone not of his age and weight.

However, all these didn’t matter to Paul, who had essentially built his boxing career by beating retired UFC fighters. On top of that, Tyson also ripped all his doubters and stated that he can care for himself and is ready to fight. Looking at Tyson’s preparations, it seems like he wasn’t joking around.
Mike Tyson warns Jake Paul ahead of the boxing bout
In his prime, Mike Tyson was an unstoppable force known for his explosive power and aggressive style. With devastating knockouts and a relentless approach, he became the youngest heavyweight champion at 20, a record that still stands. Tyson’s head movement and fierce combinations made him a nightmare in the ring, often ending fights in the early rounds, solidifying his legendary status.
Apart from that, ‘Iron Mike’ was a dangerous man outside the ring and wanted to kill his opponent. He was infamous for his wild press conferences. Though this made him millions of dollars, Tyson wasn’t necessarily a fan of that personality. In a recent interview, he talked about tapping into his old self for the Jake Paul fight.
Mike Tyson has said his ‘Iron Mike’ alter ego is returning for the Jake Paul fight: “When that tough guy Mike Tyson comes out, I’m always in handcuffs. I’m very careful when that guy comes out. Hey listen, unfortunately I have to fight and be that guy. I wish I could stop that… pic.twitter.com/hGR9mYIAvc
