With just a few weeks left for the matchup, division champion Leon Edwards revealed his pick for the winner.

If I had to put money on it, I’d probably favor ‘MVP.’ It’ll be a good fight. I’m interested to see how it plays out.

Edwards mentioned that he only looks at the #1 and #2 ranked fighters in the division. Therefore, he would not look into them unless they reach #5 or over on the UFC welterweight rankings. As of now, Garry, the undefeated Irish welterweight ranks #7 while Page ranks #13 with just one UFC fight under his belt.
