The Mexican boxer’s alleged negotiations were said to have provided no offers. “I think it’s some way for him [Canelo Alvarez] to say that, he didn’t agree to this fight. Some excuses for him. It’s funny. Of course, nobody says they want the same terms on the rematch,” said Bivol. He then went on to make a hilarious comparison.

“I could say that I wanna fight Joshua [Anthony Joshua] and next, Fury [Tyson Fury] but I wanna fight on Mars,” joked Dmitry Bivol. In the interview, the fighter trolled Canelo Alvarez for the negotiations for the rematch falling through. According to Bivol, the Mexican boxer gave egregious excuses to pull out of the fight.
