What does one do when awaiting a title shot rematch? Train, eat, sleep, repeat, and spend time in hopeful anticipation. As a result, maybe work an appetite and dish out some disses at others. Conversely, if someone is as unhinged as the ‘Here’s the thing guys’ Sean Strickland, they can come crashing down on their motorcycle yet another time.

Sean Strickland hasn’t had much success with motorcycling. The former middleweight champ left part of his patella on the street after a horrific crash in 2018. Others, such as featherweight star Movsar Evloev, had to reschedule for motorcycle accidents. Yet there are others like UFC-BKFC veteran Geane Herrera, who passed away in such an accident. Nevertheless, ‘Tarzan’ is just different.

Well you guys, I got a little overconfident, I was riding the Balance Point, I was doing it, I was keeping it up, kept doing it, then went a little too far back. Training today is gonna fu*king suck. But, I’m an idiot. I flipped my bike, gotta man up and train…

Strickland going berserk with his bike is no new news. In collaboration with model-turned-MMA content creator Nina-Marie Daniele, many UFC ‘Embedded’ Vlog videos see the 33-year-old doing drive-bys on his bike. Even inside the house! Prominent video shorts on YouTube also compare him to a real-life brazen GTA game-esque character. It’s good that’s where the comparison ends!

It’s also good that CEO Dana White has halted his Harley Davidson gifting policies, as he promised at UFC 155’s pre-fight conference. The minor injury would not slow Strickland’s roll. He currently awaits the winner of the UFC 305: Du Plessis vs Adesanya Australian Pay-per-view. Having had title histories with both, Strickland considers himself next in line. That is, should the moto lords permit.

What motorcycle does Sean Strickland own?

God bless the people who thought selling bikes to gun-totting and self-inflicted waterboarding ‘Tarzan’ would be a good plan! All jokes aside, though, Sean Strickland is a true motorcycle enthusiast to the core. He has often remarked on his love for the two-wheeled vehicle in interviews and conferences. Unlike other folks, Strickland does not boast a plethora of bikes.

As a matter of fact, to public domain knowledge, he consequently boasts just two — which are his pride. First up is a Yamaha Tenere 700. It operates in off-road situations and has a 6-speed manual transmission, which produces 72.4 base horsepower. A Harley-Davidson Low Rider S, a 1923cc beast, is his second motorcycle. Strickland has been seen trying to do a lot more with his Yamaha than just ride it off-road.

His socials are full of such snippets. The Xtreme Couture boxer once jumped onto a ramp over a pile of burning firewood with it! He had to buy this one after his 2018 gimmick. The former champion might have to replace or heavily repair his bike after a recent accident. As such, the collection might just go from two to more.
