It was another fantastic evening for him as he led the player statistics chart with an incredible game-high 33 points, nine rebounds, and six assists in an apparent revenge over a team that had bested them in the last four games, including the just-concluded regular-season finale.
Durant, however, ended the night with 31 points, seven rebounds, and a solitary assist as it wasn’t his night. He would, however, have the chance to redeem himself when round two comes up in four days.
