Drakkar Klose just came off a win at UFC 301 in Rio de Janeiro. He now wants the top dog of the lightweight division Beneil Dariush. Not only that but he also anticipates him to be an easy fight, more so the ‘easiest’. Klose discussed this at the post-fight press conference of UFC 301.
This is not the first time Drakkar Klose has asked for Beneil Dariush. One of the reporters at the post-fight press conference asked him about a potential fight with Dariush. Klose responded:
I wouldn’t mind fighting him, you know what I mean. He’s been off for a while. So he might be the easiest fight.

Klose also revealed why he wanted to fight Beneil Dariush. The UFC lightweight had previously secured a win over Klose and he wants to avenge the loss. They fought in 2020 at UFC 248. The fight lasted just two rounds. One minute into the fight, Dariush knocked him out and won via KO.
However, Dariush is not the only person Klose wants to fight. He also has his eyes set on Jalin Turner. Turner ranks #12 in the UFC rankings and Klose does not believe he deserves the position. Klose said at the press conference that Turner has not beaten anyone to be in the top 15 list for the UFC lightweight rankings.

Drakkar Klose is back on his winning streak, this time four fights in a row. Klose’s previous fight against Joe Solecki ended in the first round after he slammed Solecki on his face. Although this fight was not as spectacular as the previous one, Klose ended it with a win.

In the third, Silva went in swinging and nearly secured a guillotine choke on Klose. However, the bout ended and Klose won the fight via unanimous decision.
Klose also called out UFC commentator Daniel Cormier for taking a shot at him with Paul Felder. He later talked about it at the post-fight press conference. It will be interesting to see who Klose fights next and if he continues his winning streak this time.
