Take-Two Interactive, which is Rockstar Games’ parent organization, has set the GTA VI‘s release date now set for the Fall of the year 2025. This means the game can come out anytime between September and November.

This news comes along with Take-Two’s recent earnings report where they announced that Grand Theft Auto V, its trademark game, had reached an astonishing 200 million units sold around the globe.
Guess what, GTA V still tops the charts and has seized the second-best-selling game of the age, after Minecraft with 300 million copies sold.

Little is known about the details of GTA VI aside from its beautiful display trailer released at the end of 2023, save for the rumors that the game will be set back in Vice City, a favorite location for previous sequels.
The release would be exclusively available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and perhaps even PC, subject to a final decision on the latter.
