Bryan Caraway, an ex-UFC fighter, is in trouble again after failing to appear at a hearing in Washington State. This is in relation to an insurance fraud case that dates back to 2021. Caraway was originally charged after he allegedly stole an ATV from his ex-girlfriend and fellow UFC veteran Miesha Tate. He then filed a fraudulent insurance claim on the vehicle.

That too for the second time โ€” after failing to appear for his pre-trial hearing in Benton County Superior. An arrest warrant is thus out for ex-UFC bantamweight veteran Bryan Caraway.

Caraway failed to appear for Pre-Trial Conference after being charged with Forgery RCW 9A.60.020(1) (a) & (b), False Statement on Vehicle Application Certificate of Title RCW 46.12.750 (1) (a), False Claims or Proof in excess of $1500 RCW 48.30.230, and Attempted Theft 1 RCW 9A.56.030 (1) (a) and RCW 9A.28.020

Miesha Tate cooperated with investigators from the start. She provided surveillance video of Caraway and incriminating text messages. โ€œCupcakeโ€ also alleged that Caraway threatened to โ€œchokeโ€ her and take back the ATV.

The former bantamweight contender last fought in the UFC in 2018, when he suffered a knockout loss to Pedro Munhoz. He has fought just once since leaving the UFC, with Bryan Caraway snagging one in Battlefield FC in 2019. Miesha Tate moved on from her Central Washington University mate, whereas Caraway might move on to jail if things donโ€™t go his way.
