Back in the day, Eve Torres used to be one of the major highlights of WWEโs womenโs division. She had an undeniable charisma. Apart from being a three time Divas Champion, she was a girl every male superstar wished for. Around 2008, she briefly worked with The Great Khali on WWE television. During the Christmas edition of SmackDown, Torres and Khali exchanged a steamy kiss in a segment.
To this date, fans still have a never-lasting memory of that smooch. Much like the fans, Eve Torres herself cherished that moment a few years after it happened. During a live Q&A session on her YouTube Channel, she described that kiss as the โmost delicious desert.โ She felt as if kissing the giant Indian wrestler was the best experience she had ever had.
The 38-year-old said, โWell, try to imagine your favorite, most delicious dessert, your happy place, all of your dreams come true, your favorite song, all the most amazing things of the world. It was better than all of those things.โ
It goes without saying how much Torres adored her on-screen pairing with The Great Khali. Having an attractive walking piece of beauty added so much to the Punjab-born superstarโs resume. Although Eve wasnโt there for the extremes of Khaliโs career, they had a fun time together while it lasted.
What is Eve Torres doing nowadays?
The former WWE Diva has an abundance of qualities. While not a superstar, Eve is signed to WWE under their โLegends contract.โ She serves as an ambassador for the promotion. Apart from that, sheโs a dancer and also specializes in Jiu-Jitsu. Torres is an instructor at the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Torrance, California.
She had some incredible moments in the WWE. At WrestleMania 28, she dumped her kayfabe boyfriend Zack Ryder in a 12-man tag-team match. It was set to determine the General Managers of Raw & SmackDown. After Eva Torres distracted Ryder (Team Teddy member), he received a Skull Crushing Finale from The Miz to hand Team Johnny the victory.
After the match, Torres kicked Ryder in the balls and walked away. That moment received a loud reaction from the crowd and eventually became Eveโs most noteworthy storyline. She officially retired from in-ring competition in early 2013 to focus on other aspects of her career.
