There was some initial storm that Trump jumped the gun on public pandering and that McDonald’s Corp didn’t even permit. McDonald’s said the owner and operator of the location, Derek Giacomantonio, disagreed.
He later told the Associated Press that he did permit, but the management does not endorse any candidate in a bigger capacity. But the Chicago burger giant’s mixed approach and non-partisan signage do not matter. Trump has the viral accord of the combat sports community, and it shows.
