Interestingly, among his supporters are notable figures from the UFC community. One such individual is former UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal, who has supported Trump for a long time.
Recently, Jorge “Gamebred” Masvidal appeared on a podcast where he discussed several interesting topics. During the episode, the 40-year-old American fighter talked about his camaraderie with the newly elected President Donald Trump. While discussing that, Masvidal also shared a censorship incident he experienced as a supporter of Trump.

Masvidal was baffled as to why his video with Donald Trump Jr. was demonetized by major public platforms like YouTube and Facebook. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time such an incident has occurred. Last month, ahead of the US Presidential elections, Joe Rogan faced similar issues. In a podcast episode of Rogan and Trump, the episode was briefly taken down, with censorship cited as the reason.
Speaking of Masvidal’s relationship with Trump, Gamebred has consistently supported the newly elected president. In response, Trump has acknowledged Masvidal’s support and praised him on multiple occasions. Because of this, the two have developed a strong camaraderie. As a result, Masvidal is confident that Trump would do an excellent job during his second term as the POTUS.

Initially, it was only Dana White, the CEO, who praised Donald Trump. However, over time, many others within the promotion have joined in expressing their admiration. As a result, the newly elected president’s reputation has grown significantly among various individuals in the community. They believe that Trump has the potential to elevate the status of their nation further.

I don’t know what Trump’s going to do, but I know whatever he’s going to do is going to bring peace to the Middle East and peace to Russia and Ukraine… Listen. Like Masvidal, several individuals, including Dana White, Joe Rogan, and Colby Covington share similar thoughts about Trump’s second term as president. UFC 309 marked the last time Trump attended a UFC event. His status as the POTUS will likely prevent him from making a return. As such, fighters like Masvidal hope for a better future from 2025.
