UFC CEO Dana White disregarded health and was given an estimate of ten years to live. CEO of 10X Health Systems, Gary Brecka, helped the promotional head honcho to bounce back. Ever since the tale of White’s newfound biology has been quite the one. Now, Brecka recently shared how he helped Jon Jones do the same.

Speaking to Piers Morgan, Dana White once revealed that after conducting various tests, Gary Brecka gave him an expectancy of approximately 10.4 years. White adopted a strict keto diet and resistance training. To improve his health and longevity, he also began testosterone replacement therapy. During a recent appearance on the Full Send Podcast, Brecka iterated how he helped out UFC heavyweight Jon Jones.

When I dropped into Jon Jones’ fight camp, …his big thing was he was just waking up so stiff and sore and achy every single day. He was just like, [in] constant pain. And, a lot of those fighters get to that because of their career. So I had him to start drinking hydrogen water, I had him start bathing in hydrogen water.

“Bones” made a recent defense of the gold with his third-round TKO (punches) at UFC 309. But he was out for most of 2023 due to a pectoral tear; adding to the rest of the wear and tears he already has had. Brecka claimed that Jones’ aches and pains disappeared when he started taking 25-minute hydrogen water baths every night, adding extra time on recent camps.

The potential health benefits of hydrogenated water have been touted in recent years. According to 10X Human Biologist Gary Brecka, hydrogen can permeate and reduce inflammation. However, the research on this is limited. On ‘JRE MMA Show’ #2060, Joe Rogan and Brecka dived into how Dana White reversed his levels of homocysteine, which caused vascular narrowing. Now the attention from longevity expert Brecka to MMA longevity GOAT Jones might bring similar attention to hydrogen water therapy.

Old and biggest rival gushes over GOAT Jon Jones’ UFC championship longevity after all this time

The assertion of positivity from 25-minute hydrogenated baths aside. The additional regime of PEMF pad, cold plunges, red light therapy, and so on aside. The fact that Dana White bills him the ‘absolute best Pound-for-pound’ aside, Jon Jones and his GOAT run in UFC/MMA has been one to behold and worth some human biologists to take a crack at.

Getting Daniel Cormier to say positive things about Jon Jones used to be a longshot. Now that their heated rivalry has long since bedded down, Cormier can’t help but laud Jones’ longevity as a UFC champion. Speaking with his former “DC & RC” co-host Ryan Clark, Cormier was all praises.

How? How? …How’s that possible?! This dude literally – like, hey man, I don’t care how you feel about him. I might not have messed with the dude on that level, but how?! It’s been – I think he was a champion in 2011 for the first time. That’s a crazy thought! That through all that, all those dudes, I mean three generations of players.

Cormier even explained how impossible it is to secure the long game. He gave examples of Kamaru Usman or Alexander Volkanovski, top Pound-for-pounds who went 5-0 in historic reigns. However, that course has taken a big turn. Jones first snagged UFC gold with a win over Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua for the light heavyweight title at UFC 128 on March 19, 2011. Now, with his domination on best heavyweight Stipe Miocic, Jon Jones is still here.
