Dana White is one of the most popular promoters in the world right now. He recently took aim at Netflix over an apparent blunder at the highly-anticipated Tom Brady roast. The UFC CEO is known for his unfiltered and outspoken nature. He set his sights on the streaming giant, accusing them of a “liberal” mistake that left him fuming.

Dana White took the mic and was given just 60 seconds to roast Tom Brady. This was a major deviation from the usual 10 minutes. White took these 60 seconds to verbally attack the ‘liberal’ Netflix. He reiterated that his name was “Dana,’ which is a unisex name, and asked how was that not ‘trans enough’ for Netflix.

It pisses me off. I flew all the way out here and you give me 60 seconds. My name is Dana. Is that not ‘trans’ enough for you liberal f**ks.

The premise of this statement is that White and liberals don’t get along well. Keep in mind that this was all a joke. Tom Brady is White’s close friend. White got to participate in brutally roasting his friend. He had also invited Max Holloway and Sean O’Malley to the roast as well. White himself was the recipient of some roasting at this event.

Dana White once tried his hand at Stand-Up comedy

Dana White stepped out of his comfort zone and into the world of stand-up comedy. The mixed martial arts mogul took to the stage at the iconic Laugh Factory in Los Angeles. He tried his hand at making audiences laugh instead of witnessing bone-crushing knockouts.

The impromptu comedy routine was part of White’s show “Dana White: Lookin’ for a Fight,” where he and his crew embarked on a quest to discover potential UFC talents across the City of Angels. However, before hitting the open mics, White received a crash course in the art of stand-up from none other than the legendary, Nick Swardson

As one can imagine, the prospect of performing live comedy was a daunting task for the brash and unapologetic White. But he didn’t back down from the challenge. White took to the Laugh Factory stage, armed with carefully crafted jokes and one-liners. The performance from White was good considering this was his first time.

White has not forayed into the world of stand-up comedy since then. Perhaps this unexpected detour into the world of comedy would inspire White to pursue stand-up comedy. This served as a reminder that even the toughest and most successful individuals can still step out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges.
