Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler were supposed to fight at UFC 303 in Las Vegas. However, their fight was postponed when McGregor pulled out due to injury. After much uncertainty, ‘The Notorious’ has finally revealed that the fight will definitely happen by the end of this year.

McGregor recently took to social media to comment on the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The Irishman praised Trump for running for Presidency at the age of 78. Chandler retweeted McGregor’s post and wrote that they stood united on that point. It was then when ‘The Notorious’ revealed that he had recently spoken to the UFC CEO about their potential matchup.

While the exact date remains uncertain, we now have a ballpark measurement of when we can expect the two rivals to clash inside the octagon. Ariel Helwani suggested that he would put his money on the two MMA fighters fighting in December.
Many assumed the UFC’s one of one event at the Las Vegas ‘Sphere’ would host the Irishman’s much-awaited comeback. However, Helwani argued that the high cost of executing the event plus McGregor’s hefty payout would make it unlikely that the UFC would host McGregor vs. Chandler this September.
Conor McGregor wins $1 million after Spain won Euro 2024
Conor McGregor has recently gone on a betting streak. ‘The Notorious’ placed a massive bet on Spain to become European champions when they took on England. The bet turned out in his favor as McGregor won more than $1 million after Spain beat England at the Euro 2024 final.

This meant he won a grand prize of $1,020,000 thanks to Mikel Oyarzabal netting the ball four minutes before full-time.
The final match took place in Berlin. This marked the first time the English men’s team made it to a major tournament final on foreign soil. Nico Williams scored the opening goal for Spain, and although England managed to equalize, Spain secured their victory with a second goal, capturing their fourth European Championship title.
