Usually, many basketball players entering their mid-thirties struggle to continue playing at the elite levels they were used to in their prime. James Harden is in his mid-thirties and last season, he was more of a playmaker than a scorer.

But even then, Harden’s passing ability kept his Los Angeles Clippers in the playoff hunt even though several players missed a lot of time due to injury. This season, leading superstar Kawhi Leonard is yet to play.

In place of him, Harden has taken the onus of leading the squad and has fueled them to a 13-9 record. On Sonday, he marked his biggest win in a Clippers jersey as he single-handedly destroyed the formidable Denver Nuggets.
