Draymond Green and the Warriors hosted the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday. The top team from the East was no problem for the Warriors, as they took the game by 35 points.

The Dubs were off to a great start in the first quarter. Green was yet again overpowered by his emotions as he received his seventh technical foul of the season.

The reason for the same was a shooting foul where Draymond heavily contested Giannis on a transition layup. Green did not like the call, following which he yelled at the referee and was given a technical.

Meanwhile, joining the commentators was former Warriors general manager Bob Myers. Interestingly enough, Myers’ reaction to Green’s technical was priceless.

Well the best news is if he gets kicked out after another technical, I don’t have to go talk to him.
Said Myers

Following the Dubs’ second-round elimination in the 2023 playoffs, Myers stepped down from his role. Bob has seen the rise of the Warriors from an eighth-seed team to a dynasty.

Myers has helped the Warriors during their championship runs and, most importantly, during the pre-dynasty phase when the trio of Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson were still young.

This was the first time Myers returned to watch the Dubs in action, as it also happened to be one of the games where Green received yet another technical of the season.

Draymond Green has been better following his return

Green was suspended indefinitely after he hit Jusuf Nurkic in the face, which seemed more than a flagrant foul. After his return, Green has been more productive on the floor.

He’s been averaging 8.8 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists ever since his return. Not only that, but recently Green has been quite efficient from beyond the arc as well.

The Warriors have won seven of their last ten games as they fight to get out of the play-in bracket. With the current momentum, the Dubs can make their way to the top six in the West.

In these last 20 games, the Warriors will have to lock in to secure their playoff berth and avoid the playoffs. Young guys like Kuminga, Podziemski, and Moody have stepped up big time, and having Klay come off the bench has done nothing but wonders for the Dubs.

Stephen Curry, on the other hand, has been tremendous after all and continues to lead the squad each night. With that being said, it will be interesting to see the Warriors this postseason, as they’ll look to make a deep run.
