In a recent interview with the Jaxxson Podcast, Wilkins recounted one of his most memorable interactions with Jordan. He compared the Chicago Bulls great to an assassin on the floor. He recalled an instance when Jordan entered their locker in Chicago to give them a firm warning. Wilkins said he was taken aback by Jordanโ€™s greatness on that particular day.

Jordan was an assassin. He did something that I’ve never had anybody do. He walks into our locker room with a suit and tie. I’m thinking that maybe he’s going to the training room, but he walks by me and gets to Randy Wittman and taps him on the shoulder and he says ‘Lace ’em up it’s gonna be a long night!’…he had 60 that night.
