Fans of Antonio Brown were curious to know what the former NFL wide receiver was up to these days. Few must have predicted to see him show up beside former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate Le’Veon Bell at Misfits Boxing 15.
Following his online beef with the Eagles CJ Gardner-Johnson, the 35-year-old made a surprise entry with Bell. Brown acted as the support for the former NFL running back turned boxer in his fight against fellow amateur Tristan Hamm.
The rivalry between Bell and Hamm had been growing for a while. A decent turnout suggested that boxing fans were eagerly waiting for the referee to start the duel.
However, they weren’t expecting to see Super Bowl winner Antonio Brown next to Bell. The shock in the voice of the announcers was a clear indication that even they had no clue (or perhaps acting to set the mood).
Both donned black and gold to remind the camaraderie they cooked up during their Steelers days.

Le’Veon Bell defeated Tristan Hamm
Antonio Brown must have been the moral support Bell required because he picked up the second win of his fledgling boxing career by beating Hamm. After surviving a few early scares from the ex-YouTuber, Bell grabbed the upper hand and did not provide Hamm any openings.
The match finished with the referee scoring the contest 49-45, 48-46, and 50-44 after five hard-fought rounds. With that win, Bell moves to the final of the Misfits Boxing 15.
Hamm proved to be a worthy challenge and Bell thanked him for making the win hard.
This dude [Tristan Hamm] right here’s a fu**ing soldier. Today was another learning curve for me. There’s no ceiling for me, I’m just going to keep getting better. I feel like I just fought the best guy in the tournament other than myself. If you win, you’re going to have to see me.
Le’Veon Bell said per MMAFighting.com
A decision victory for @LeVeonBell as he progresses to the next round of the MFB Cruiserweight Tournament 🔥

The Michigan State speedster entered the NFL as the Pittsburgh Steelers‘ second-round pick in the 2013 draft. He spent six seasons (played in five) with Mike Tomlin’s team alongside Antonio Brown.
Bell then bounced around from the Kansas City Chiefs to the New York Jets, then the Baltimore Ravens, and eventually landed at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021. A year later the Bucs released Bell and he failed to find a new team. As a result, he decided to switch professions and take up boxing.
Le’Veon Bell played a total of 96 games in the NFL. He rushed 1595 times with the ball covering 6554 yards and scored 42 touchdowns in addition to 399 receptions for 3289 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns.
