Conor McGregor is arguably one of the biggest superstars in UFC history even despite inactivity. Even though McGregor has wished for his comeback fight, the UFC hasn’t made any official announcement yet. With that growing boredom, the Irishman feels the UFC and Dana White are deliberately delaying his return. Interestingly, McGregor has sought the help of Saudi GEA chairman Turki Alalshikh.
Alalshikh is currently one of the most influential personalities in the boxing community. He often aims to work on developing the sport for which several prominent individuals heap praise on him. Not only that, the Saudi Delegate has also given his backing to Dana White for the Noche UFC event. Interestingly, McGregor, who is well aware of billionaire Turki Alalshikh’s stature, wants the Saudi Delegate to help him.

Conor McGregor appears to be quite unhappy with how the UFC is handling his comeback fight. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time he has expressed his dissatisfaction with the promotion. A few weeks ago, McGregor and White even agreed on a specific month for his return.
However, that doesn’t seem to be happening following the recent developments. Recently, the UFC CEO announced McGregor’s potential opponent, Michael Chandler, decided on a fight with Charles Oliveira. McGregor in particular was fumed after hearing this announcement. As such, he even went on to address the matter on his socials.
‘The Notorious’ went in for his infamous tirade on X where he harshly criticized the former Bellator champ. However, all of these were ahead of the presser where he sought the help of Saudi Delegate Turki Alalshikh. Interestingly, His Excellency has often acknowledged the stardom McGregor has. As such, he even disclosed about some future plans with the Irishman.

Interestingly, once McGregor even fought Floyd Mayweather in a boxing bout which is also an evident proof of the success these crossover fights bring. The Irishman wants to return at all costs. It remains to be seen if Alalshikh can come up with something that pleases all the parties involved.
