Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has become one of the most talked-about rookies in the WNBA. She has consistently performed at a high level, making her one of the top stars in the league. Recently, she started her podcast named ‘Unapologetically Angel,’ where she shared insights about her life.
On the first episode of the podcast, Angel Reese talked about the regularly appearing question of her dating life. During the podcast Reese was asked about her recent vacation where photos and videos were posted of Reese with another NBA star. To which Reese came clean with her answer stating that she is still young and is allowed to date whoever she wants.
I’m taking a trip, I’m 22 years old, like, I’m allowed to date and like be able to have a good time. Like if I want to go on vacation, I’m gonna go on vacation. Obviously, people invaded my privacy, of course, ’cause if I posted where I was, where I was, then it would have been known… That was right after I came back from Paris, and I just was there for a good time, as you should, period, at 22. and I’m gonna live my best life, and I’m gonna date.

Many rumors circulated about Reese dating Detroit Pistons star Jalen Duren. Both stars exchanged flirty comments towards each other through their social media. During the segment, Reese even mentioned how her previous boyfriends have received death threats. She also claimed that dating her “is not for the weak.”
There were also rumors about Reese and Kevin Durant, but the Sky rookie turned down the rumors. The fans have made many different claims about Reese and her dating life. But Reese stated on the podcast that she plans to get married in the next five years. The WNBA rookie also issued a firm warning to all potential suitors regarding her challenging dating life.
Angel Reese hopes to team up with Caitlin Clark one day
The WNBA’s biggest talking point for this season has been the rivalry between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. Both rookies were drafted in the 2024 WNBA draft, and since then, have been top contenders in the ‘Rookie of the Year’ race. Both stars have been going up against each other in very physical and intense matchups.
On the Thursday’s episode of ‘Unapologetically Angel’ podcast, Reese talked about her rivalry with Clark. During the podcast Reese clarified having no negative feeling towards the Indiana Fever star. Reese further stated that she hopes to play for the same team with Clark in the future. Both stars recently were in the same threads for the 2024 WNBA All-Star game.
