Curry was greeted wildly by the Chinese fans at the airport as he landed.

This came weeks after doing the same against Team France in the Paris Olympics Gold Medal game. Additionally, the Warriors star is promoting the release of his Curry 12 footwear in association with Under Armour. While in Chengdu, China, he will also open a Curry Brand store.
Also, this showcases the popularity Curry holds in China. Furthermore, even with their specific businesses’ success, few professional athletes can proudly boast to a store dedicated to their line. Also, Curry has always been vocal regarding the love he has received from fans worldwide. Curry going to China for a promotional tour is a clear example of his willingness to meet and greet fans from all over the globe.
In addition, Stephen Curry has been the face of the Under Armour basketball brand, releasing 12 trademark models throughout the year, including his most recent Curry 12. However, it remains to be seen what fresh developments arise during the Curry-China tour.
