There is less than a month left for the 2024 election season to officially kick in. Right at the peak of election fever, UFC icon Joe Rogan has become a trending topic. Rogan boasts a platform that pulls in 100+ million listeners each month. Looking to capitalize on the famous platform, presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are both set to make an appearance soon.
Rogan praised Harris for pulling her weight in the presidential debate and using Ju-Jitsu maneuvers. He applauded the quick wits of the incumbent vice president and how she swerved the crowd in her favor. This sets the stage for the JRE to have yet another blockbuster podcast at the peak of the election season.
As reported by Reuters, Harris is looking forward to speaking with the podcast host, who recently showered her with words of praise. Harris and her team have been in conversation with Joe Roganโs team for an interview at a later date.
Obviously, this is an attempt to rake up more followers and appeal to younger demographics who usually tune in to the JRE experience. It seems like the Democratic Party nominee is taking a page out of her rivalโs book, who recently broke similar news.
The UFC commentator seemed to be in favor of Harris, while in contrast, Roganโs close friend, UFC CEO Dana White, has a completely different take. The 57-year-old previously stated that he doesnโt wish to host Trump but now seemed to have changed his purview. Interestingly enough, White still firmly believes Harris isnโt the most appropriate candidate.
Unlike Joe Rogan, Dana White doesnโt like Kamala Harris as a presidential candidate
UFC Head Honcho, Dana White, has made his viewpoints on the matter pretty clear. White recently took to Instagram and launched a scathing attack on Kamala Harrisโ incompetence. Moreover, in another statement, he clarified that he has no personal issues with her.
Whiteโs close relationship with Trump and his endorsement of the former president is a well-established fact. He even touched upon the assassination attempt and praised Trump for being a tough guy. The UFC CEO also outlined his reasons for dubbing her unfit for the role.
Whiteโs criticism of Harris attracted Trumpโs attention, who claimed she was clueless. The simmering rivalry between the candidates will soon reach its melting point. While Harrisโ team is still figuring out a date for her appearance, Trump seems to be locked in for an arrival soon. It would be quite interesting to see what impact their appearances would play on the final tally in November.
