Sadly, thereโs no other information available about the upcoming sequel of the Hogwart Legacy. Although taking into account how the developer has kept the game ending open, the sequel can be made from any of those plotlines.
At this time point in time, we are probably years away from the actual release of the sequel, so all this are just speculations as of now since the developer, i.e., Avalanche Software & the producer, i.e., Warner Bros Games, are working on Hogwart Legacy port for the Nintendo Switch. The port will be released on November 14 of this year.
Now, as for the Hogwart legacy sequel, the community shared their thought on what they would like the developers to improve upon in the upcoming sequel.
Well, the game is undoubtedly good with terrific graphics & details, but as with other games, this too has its quirks, especially when talking about the overall depth of story & the gameplay of the Hogwart Legacy; the game feels shallow despite all the wonderful graphics & attention to details it got.
Furthermore, a fan commented that it is his biggest complaint with the role-playing game. The fan added that no doubt the game looks incredible with all the details of Hogwarts and its nearby areas, but the game was very shallow as the game ended up falling off after he got over the wonders of exploring Hogwarts.
That being said, The game has been a huge success, with players spending 406 million hours playing the game, and the role-playing game achieved first position in the United Kingdom & France soon after its launch. Thatโs not all; the game sold 256 percent higher, far exceeding the expectations of Warner Bros.
All this makes it believe that a sequel could very well be in the works if the report is anything to go through.
All of this happened when the cancel sword was hanging over the Hogwart Legacy after J.K Rowling, the creator of the Harry Potter franchise, shared her opinions on the transgender community.
Also, some streamers came forward and tried to prevent people from playing or buying the game. Well, all this has not stopped the game from becoming successful.
