A TikTok video of user @ethanmarion04 is currently going viral in the MMA world. This is because the video showed Alex Pereira exchanging shots with Tai Tuivasa, the UFC heavyweight. Both fighters had boxing gloves on. The eighteen-second clip showed Pereira in shoes sparring with the UFC heavyweight as people surrounding them recorded their exchange.
While Tuivasa tapped ‘Poatan’ once in a while, the former kickboxing champion popped the Autralian’s head quite a few times. The two even made it to Instagram where a picture caught Pereira cutting Bam Bam’s hair. This has raised many questions about the intentions of Alex Pereira for his next UFC showdown. Will the former middleweight champion who quickly ascended the light-heavyweight throne step into Jon Jones‘s division now?

Alex Pereira hilariously responds to Jamahal Hill’s threats
Former light-heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill had reignited his feud with Alex Pereira with a recent Instagram post. ‘Sweet Dreams’ called out the Brazilian for his viral celebration at UFC 300 and threatened to knock him out. UFC 300 was in April and Hill’s untimely callout had gone viral on the internet.

However, Hill was not going to back down right away. He replied to Poatan’s comment, warning him to remember his words the next time they cross each other. This seems a desperate attempt to get a title fight after being thoroughly embarrassed by Poatan. While a rematch could always be a possibility, ‘Sweet Dreams’ has to secure a win against Carlos Ulberg at UFC 303.
