It’s in the talks. That’d be a good fight telling you what. Hopefully, they get that done and that happens. Matt Brown’s forty-three, you know, MMA’s just so hard on his body. I think he can handle the bare knuckle.

Mark Coleman said he would like to be in the corner for that fight. When asked about his thoughts on Mike Perry’s success in bare-knuckle, Coleman had something interesting to say. He said that bare-knuckle suits Perry perfectly. Coleman said Perry reminded him of a street fighter with sheer power.
Meanwhile, Jackson added that Perry just does not care if he gets punched in the face. Coleman agreed saying that many people are not ready for the difference that bare knuckle brings compared to gloved fighting.
Mike Perry’s transition from MMA to bare-knuckle boxing
Mike “Platinum” Perry, is an MMA fighter turned bare-knuckle boxer. He competed in the UFC and now fights at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). Perry’s professional MMA record boasts 14 wins, 8 losses, and 0 draws.

He lost that fight via unanimous decision and then transitioned to bare-knuckle boxing and has not lost ever since. Perry reportedly took up martial arts at age 11 because he was bullied a lot as a minority in his area.
He found significant success in the BKFC, where he has defeated former UFC fighters including former champions Luke Rockhold, Eddie Alvarez, and Michael Page. He is considered the face of BKFC and ranks second only to Lorenzo Hunt as the company’s pound-for-pound fighter.
